The PCO is selling coffee from a local non-profit organization called Building New Hope. Building New Hope supports a worker-owned and operated farming cooperative in Nicaragua by paying them fair trade prices for their organically grown, shade-grown coffee. Read more about this environmentally sustainable project.

Decaf and regular coffee are both $10 per pound. What a bargain! This is more affordable than the retail price in stores. And it makes a great gift!

Orders are due Dec. 1 and coffee will be delivered to classrooms on Dec. 19.  Download an order form.

We are seeking local businesses who would like to reach out to our school community with an advertisement in the school newsletter and/or school directory.

Our newsletter, comPOST, has a circulation of well over 400 individuals and families, and our school is growing.  Additionally, all newsletters are posted on our website so your ad will be visible to a wide audience for an indefinite period of time.

If you are interested in advertising in our first comPOST issue or in the directory, the deadline is September 26.

The PCO is sponsoring a hoagie sale with hoagies from Triangle Grill. Orders will be due Wednesday, September 21, and hoagies will be delivered Tuesday, September 27.

Download a form to keep track of your sales (optional, but useful if you are selling to family members, friends, neighbors, co-workers, etc.)

If you pre-ordered a new green Spirit Shirt, it will be delivered after Labor Day to students' classrooms.

If you didn't have a chance to order a Spirit Shirt yet, you can download an order form and send it in with your payment. Place your order before Thursday, September 8 to be certain you will receive a shirt in your size by September 28. (If you can not print the form, pick one up in the office or write a note with your name, email, phone, shirt size(s), child's name, and teacher's name, and put it in an envelope labeled "PCO Spirit Shirts" along with payment. Send the envelope in your child's class folder or drop it off in the office.)

Youth shirts are $12, adult shirts are $15.

Once again, the PCO is offering an opportunity for our students, staff and families to purchase fair trade, sustainable, affordable gifts.  The Holiday Marketplace will run December 6-9.  Learn more about the marketplace and our vendors here.

Updated shopping schedule as of 12/6/10:
Tuesday: 3rd grade
Wednesday: 1st and 2nd grade
Thursday: Kindergarten, 4th and 5th grades
Friday: 4th and 5th grades + MAKE-UP DAY

There will be no make-up days after Friday.
